Media Bio

Jacquelyn “Dr. Jackie” Wilson, PhD, is a wellness educator, consultant, author, and founder of InnerFlow Family Wellness and InnerFlow Press. Her work sits at the intersection of wellness education, human performance, nervous system regulation, and whole person development.

Dr. Jackie created the InnerFlow framework to help children, families, and high performing adults better understand the connection between Brain, Body, Behavior, and Bonds. She is the author of the What Is It to Be Well? series, a growing collection of educational books and interactive resources designed to make complex wellness concepts accessible, practical, and age appropriate.

Through consulting, speaking, publishing, and educational resource development, her mission is to help close the wellness literacy gap by translating complex science into clear, actionable tools that improve regulation, resilience, performance, and long term well being.
